Our auto parts stores are key suppliers to our metals recycling facilities and we expect to continue to grow in core regions where we have a significant market presence and competitively advantageous port access. We look to grow through joint ventures that provide us additional opportunities for recycling metals and other materials. Constant reinvestment in the facility helps improve cost efficiencies and delivery of the highest quality products. Building on Strength for the Future

The Pazheri Group has a strong presence in the Steel Rolling segment. Pazheri Steels and Metals, renowned for its brand Bildon, was established in 2008. This steel vertical is a major producer of superior grade TMT Steel Bars that are utilized in building homes, apartments and commercial complexes. They are the inner strength that is relied on by discerning engineers to provide the best strength for their quality and durability. This is the reason why the factory is also a leading third-party producer for major brands. Biltek is a rerolling plant of the Pazheri Group which produces flat steel products. Mannarkkad Steel, based at Palakkad in Kerala, trades in ferrous scrap which is recycled into consumer products mostly as captive requirement of the Group’s own steel products manufacturing units as well as supplied to steel melting units at Palakkad and Coimbatore. Established in 2005, the company deals in a whole range of steel scrap such as HMS 1 and HMS 2 (confirming to ISRI 200 - 206) and shredded scrap (confirming to ISRI 201 - 211) from Europe, USA and the Middle East. The company is a wholesale importer of quality steel scrap which is then processed to make steel Ingots which are suitable for further processing by other industries into various shapes. Ingots have to be poured into special molds before freezing to achieve the required quality and grain structure. The main factors that are vital are the minimizing of liquid metal wastage and the ease of handling the ingots. Tons of ferrous metal scrap is sourced, transported and processed every year. The whole process adds value to something that would have been wasted and polluted the earth. The process that the company is involved in recycles and adds value to scrap, maximizes utilization of recovered iron and feeds the iron products factories in the region. The company takes away the complexity and the uncertainties of the worldwide trade which involves a complex process of sourcing, purchasing and transporting the raw materials.
